Deanne mentioned that she had been looking around to purchase a vehicle and returned to Macarthur Ford at Campbelltown to buy her new car because of Alfie’s patience!

Ron stated that he was very happy with the performance of his sales person, Francis! 

Ron said he had shopped around for a Ford Territory and he works on the ‘three strikes and you’re out’ principal and at the moment Francis has all the brownie points!

John advised that he is very happy with the service every time he visits Macarthur Ford!

He explained that he has recommended our service department to his family and friends and has also placed a note of praise about Macarthur Ford on the Ford Forum website.

She wanted to express her ‘complete satisfaction’ with her recent purchase experience at Macarthur Ford Campbelltown.

Mrs. Hopwood said she felt ‘most welcome’ in the Sales office and felt she was treated as a friend, not just a customer!    She said all our staff, including Bruce, were happy, polite and friendly and the showroom was so clean and nice.

Mrs. Hopwood also mentioned that she was taken down to our Service Department and she commented that she was ‘most impressed with the atmosphere in the Service Dept’.   She said she met Darren Berrell, whom she thought was ‘lovely’ and she observed some of the boys working and talking together in a very friendly and professional manner!

Mrs. Hopwood could not speak more highly of her pleasure at the treatment she received from everyone at the dealership and she asked that her comments be forwarded to Macarthur Ford/Peter Warren Management.

Just wanting to pass on some feedback from client Tony Hurry who purchased a used vehicle from us (stock C6703).  He was thoroughly impressed with the service he received from Allira Howard and made comment that her professional, easy going nature was one of the main reasons he purchased a vehicle from us.  He thinks she is an asset to the company and asked me to pass on a big thank you.

Janette would like to convey her gratitude to Adam for making this purchase a very happy and memorable one!

She commented that Adam’s people skills and after sales service was very impressive and it abolished the “used care salesman” stigma that’s usually attached to their profession.

Janette concluded by saying that Adam is an asset to our Company and he should be given a well deserved pat on the back.
